Jhon Mosley

Jhon Mosley is a real estate executive with more than 20 years of experience leading portfolio strategy, site selection, and large-scale transactions for global companies including Amazon and Starbucks. He has managed multi-million-dollar real estate portfolios and executed complex industrial and retail transactions across North America and international markets including Latin America, South America, Australia, and APAC.
Currently based in Seattle, Jhon works as an independent real estate consultant, advising clients on portfolio optimization, lease negotiations, and strategic market decisions. Over the course of his career, he has executed more than $300 million in transactions, negotiated hundreds of leases, and led major expansion and cost-reduction initiatives for global organizations. Jhon is bilingual and fluent in Spanish, which has supported his work in international markets and cross-border real estate projects.
Jhon holds an MBA from the University of Washington Foster School of Business and a BA in Business from Linfield University.
